Peanut Butter Banana Boba Shake
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup [360ml] almond or other non-dairy milk
- 3 ripe bananas, sliced (or about 26-30 frozen banana slices)
- 5 tbsp [63g] creamy peanut butter
- 2 tsp [10ml] vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp [1.4g] ground cinnamon, plus more for garnish
- 2 packets BOBABAM Brown Sugar
- 2 handfuls medium-sized ice cubes
Steps
- Combine the almond milk, banana slices, peanut butter, vanilla, and cinnamon in blender. Blend until smooth.
- Prepare BOBABAM according to package instructions.
- Add one BOBABAM packet per glass and top with ice.
- Divide shake between glasses and swirl with boba straw to combine. Garnish with cinnamon.
