Pancakes Topped with Milk Tea Cream and Boba


For the milk tea cream:

  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 black tea bag
  • 1 oz mascarpone cheese
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

For the Pancakes:

  • 1/4 cups whole milk
  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
  • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg, white and yolk separated

For the Topping:

  • 1 pack of BOBABAM Milk Tea


For the milk tea cream:

  • Warm milk on low heat let the heavy cream and the black tea mix for about 8-10 minutes
  • Let it cool down for about 4 hours
  • Mix in a big bowl the mascarpone cheese, powder sugar and the black tea and heavy cream already cooled.

For the Pancakes:

  • Mix all the dry ingredients
  • Slowly add the milk, egg, vanilla extract and butter
  • Mix well until the texture of the batter has no lumps
  • Cook each pancake on medium heat

For the BOBABAM Topping

  • Prepare BOBABAM according to package
  • Add to the pancake stack and enjoy!
