Boba Bourbon Irish Coffee
- 3/4 cup [180ml] coffee
- 1/2 oz [45ml] Bourbon or Irish Whiskey
- 1 oz [30ml] Irish Cream liqueur (vegan optional)
- 1/2 tbsp [7.5ml] maple syrup
- 1 packet Brown Sugar BOBABAM
- 1/4 cup [60ml] heavy cream, whipped (or vegan whipped cream)
- Prepare BOBABAM according to package instructions.
- Pour BOBABAM into clear mug or other heat-friendly glass.
- Add coffee, bourbon, Irish cream liqueur, and maple syrup.
- Stir to combine.
- Top with whipped cream and serve with a boba-friendly straw.
